1.What is your MOQ if i do my own logo ?

MOQ 500pcs for handheld power tools, M0Q 200pcs for bench tools,Moc2000Pcs for hand tools.

2.Can I get free samples?

We have to charge both samples and freight cost, and when you place bulk order

we’ ll refund your sample cost. Or we can provide free samples to you with freight collect.

3.What’s your after-sales service?

We can provide spare parts for after-sales service, in generally, we can provide 1% free spare parts.

4.What is your payment terms?

Our payment terms is 30% deposit, balance against receiving copy of B/L at sight.We do not accept D/A.

5.How do you help promote?

We can provide some free promotional items to you, like display stand. Or we can help make AD on our website.

6.What’ s the certificate do you have?

We have Gs/CE/Rohs/FCC certificates .
